XLTC finally coming to life. The all time high may not be as difficult to move through as we might think. There was a Fund manager that was doing all of his buying at the 14-15 level two years ago and has since sold every share...Bjurman I think was his name, you'll find it on old edgar filings. Numbers should be around 7/7 but this run doesn't appear to have anything to do with that IMHO. Let's cross our fingers that we are getting ready for the move we've waited years for.....
