Miles, thanks for the IBD article reference. Just read it and agree with you that no comparisons to OREX degradables were mentioned - just comparisons to paper disposables. STRC apparently uses processing centers to launder their reusables, then provide frequent deliveries to Customers. Wonder what happens to infectious waste at their processing centers? Overall price comparisons? Infectious exposure comparisons? Maybe some of the hospital/surgical center personnel reviewing this thread might have some experiences contrasting OREX products vs. those of STRC.

Obviously, STRC is profitable (serving about 260 Customers per the article and more market share apparently today than OREX), a challenge that OREX yet must achieve if OREX investors are going to make any dough. Marketwatch shows STRC selling at ~46 p/e. Appears that STRC had an IPO in mid-96 at ~$10; now up about 80%.
