DELL's stumble was in stoct price because of changing ASPs and 'lower' % growth rates as they are related to DELL's extremely high PE .... NOT market penetration nor product lackings, therefore CPQ wouldn't benefit except maybe from investors shifting monies out of DELL and into CPQ. It is not time to shift into CPQ until things (incl. a new CEO) happen.

BOD/CPQ will give WS a plan when it HAS a new CEO ... WS knows that any plan now is only temporary and that any new CEO, worth his/her weight, must/will be the LEADER.
