I'd much rather have a reputable research firm like Soundview do it.
They said 1 billion was a conservative estimate to place on Actv's worth in the next 12 months.

That carries alot more weight than a self promoting CEO hyping to Forbes.

Btw IBM doesn't give revenue projections too often if ever.
