Just talked to the company and learned that they are doing a deal other than O&G. The guy I talked to is on his way to NY for discussions regarding this deal. Phone the Company to verify. Did not give me much info as was confidential. Asked him why Cannacord is selling. He said that some people had to get positions in the stock. Don't know what the deal is or the product they will be selling if and when done. But the rumor has the stock moving for now.
