1.) 11.3 fully Diluted ... 4M in warrants @ 2.50, 2M in options for a 1 - 1.5 restriction if exercised @ .25, that leaves 5.3M and 2M held by insiders and that leaves a remaining 3M in the free trading float. This confirmed throught the transfer Agent and the CEO ... Daryl.

2.) The estimated short position is 2M the shell RS 40:1 and the old guys were shorting the fire out of it. La Jolla Capital, which got shut down, The MMs are transfer the short around.

3.) They are buying 2 - DMS 10 phone swittches which will allow them 60,000 lines which they can resell... They will be completing with the local bell companies in Canadian.

4.) Profit per 500 lines is $200K US. So every switch they buy is apprx 2.4M in revenues a month per switch times 2.

Hey I am not going to pump this stock ... everyone needs to do their own DD. I know why I am buying it.
