Hey peckerwood, the matter which Starr referred to justice relates to an NYT story on deliberations within the OIC office as to whether to charge Clinton now or when he leaves office. Those deliberations took place on Bakaly's watch and I understand he has been identified as the possible leak.
As far as Los Alamos, I understand the spy has been known since 1996 and only last week was any action taken. Any other stupid questions? JLA

In this area if you want a hot meatball sandwich you order a Hot Dago. Except in St. Paul proper. A few years back an Italian/American/New Yorker/lawyer took offense, complained to the City powers and a law was passed outlawing the word Hot Dago within the city limits. Memus outside city limits have not changed.
