Well, people don't always end up doing what they say at the outset. Foveon is beginning by making top of the line cameras. But as the power of their technology becomes evident, they will begin licensing it, and designing new chips. Ultimately, I believe all cameras will be based on Foveon's massively parallel analog technology.
