Frank, thanks for the info. It sounds like you have made some good calls lately. Are there any other stocks you like as much or more than BOCI?

Do you have any theories as to why Hayes would buy Cardinal and not Boca?

I agree with your assessment on Boca being a value stock. Now that the new modems are shipping, I don't have any reasons to believe that they will loose any money. I think the stock should only go up from this point. I do believe that they are suffering a little by the downfall of the network stocks right now, and the merger of USRX and COMS. I think that once all of that stuff settles down, we should see some positive movement.

I too, am holding some cash in the event it goes down some. But if we start seeing some good growth, I am also inclined to add at that point.
