Robert Lessin, Chmn, WITC, is a Co-Director with DBCC Co-CEOs of MKTW (CBS.MW) *viz a viz DBCC dbc.com , IFN ifn.com , MKTW cbs.marketwatch.com ; DBCC has/is aligning with major ECNs dbc.com esignal.com ; WITC also attempting to be dominant ECN with Goldman-Sachs backed pending WIT DTF launch Subject 27252 ...will most likely align[acquire with post-IPO shares?] with DBCC...makes superior sense...esp. given pending extended trading hours juggernaut and industry conjecture trading commission's may be eliminated whereby the business model would simply be commissionless trading, WITC Investment Banking Internet IPO fees, eSignal/WITC DTF subscriptions...how could anyone compete with that?...
