Briefing.com is calling HSAC "one of the most intriguing deals to hit the market this year." Paul Allen holds a 54.2% stake, and MSFT and CSCO will invest $10 mln and $7.5 mln respectively. We could see pricemovement similar to SILK when this news is re-released.
