HD has been solid and will continue to be. Just bought entire bathroom. They have a nice design center. Everyone is always very helpful. I compare what HD is doing to what Circuit City did awhile back. Customer Service will keep you in business for a long time !! Since we are remodeling entire home I would buy HD now before I start with the rest of the house. My purchases should push the stock up quite heavily over the next 12 months (that is if I let my wife select everything, like I have a choice !)
