This is the second time NTBK has done a secondary offering below current price. The first time price was presplit and it wasn't long after offering price shot up. Just speculation--letting certain future shareholders have shares at discount---knowing price will shoot up when deal is complete. Where are you finding info on offering..there has been no news release. I heard it on CNBC---sort of sneaky. I'm long---way long ago--- and if history repeats itself, this is a wonderful long term buying opportunity---those getting the secondary seem to think so!! Kat
