Tae, those are this years leaders. Look around at all those running away from ETrade, Suretrade, etc. and looking for the ones that are investor friendliest.
NDB is about to launch or has recently announced a MAJOR bandwidth improvement and upgrade of both their website and customer service. In other words they are hungry. WITC is like that.
On the other hand, DLJ only had 3 percent of market share and has been steadily falling off that figure. There will be a stirring of the pot and the cream will rise to the top. Those that screw us on a regular basis will wonder what hit them, in my opinion.
NDB, WITC, SIEB, etc. are going the extra mile to offer value added service. AMTD, EGRP, etc. are spending huge amounts on advertising. . . but it doesn't take long for investors to realize that there are better services out there.
Look at your own online brokerage history. Did you start with a major, then shift to a minor? I did.
