If you're interested in a pure play on SIMOX technology - look at
a company called IBIS technology. They are the only domestic provider
of SIMOX wafers and have strong alliances with Motorola and
Mitsubishi.

Additionally, they have sold an implanter to IBM with an open agreement
to deliver more.
