There is much more to AMCX then recycling. That is just one service. They will compete by owning the retail outlets, the distribution and manufacturing. I would bet their own retail outlets will use what they distribute and manufacture. As you can see by the 3rd acquisition announced, AMCX is buying into the market, they won't have to compete for it, however as they become larger and get all the ducks lined up they will have economy of scale and also a combination of 3 revenue streams or profit margins. This will make them very price competitive. Very similiar what Staples and Home Depot did in their markets. Ron
