Here's an update Jeffrey: mp3-go.com The following was posted on some message board in UK so take it for what it is worth. Maybe it can also be found on the link above. I haven't looked at it yet. "Launched in March 1999, MP3-GO is based on an application specific PC platform and represents a break-through in audio storage on FLASH memory. It consists of three units, a portable music store, which can store up to 100 CDs, and a portable music player using solid state technology, the SoulMate, which can store more than an hour of CD quality music. In addition, there is an audio Internet port, which connects to dedicated E-commerce sites of music retailers. It is simple to operate and is push button operated. We have today announced our first content provider, Regenesis, which is paying an advance royalty payment of $600,000 to exclusively bundle the MP3-GO base player and Soulmate with a proprietary RAP and HIP HOP Millenium compilation CD. There will further bundling and content deals to follow. We also expect to announce our consumer electronics partner shortly and are confident that the portable Musicstore and SoulMate will be in the shops for Christmas 1999."
