Hi Tom and Z verry interesting.. About Argentina: I think that when Menem finally leaves the casa rosada we may get a real feeling of how much money was lost due to corruption. Foreign debt now at more than 120 bill..?! How are they going to foot the bill now that the privatization is for all purposes over? Interestingly the Brazilians seem to believe that using the privatization process they will reduce the foreign debt..The Argentine experience indicates that they could be in for a real surprise.. Have a good one guys! Victor
