It's a little early, John, to make some of those judgements.

I still don't know any of the details on the new shares offering yet. What if, for example, the new shares are offered at say, 14 or 15? Probably getting money this way to complete the testing is cheaper and LESS dilutive than getting money by way of loans secured by stock at a discount?

I think they know that they have a breakthrough drug already and that they are playing it so they maximize the return to NEOT. Otherwise, they would have sold out to a pharma long ago to finance the risks in the testing process in return for a split in the proceeds. If there is no risk, if you know you have have a big winner, why share the proceeds?

It has nothing to do with egos. All they need a pharma for is for marketing and that comes much later.

Lets wait and see what the deal is and whether or not this financing is good or not for the stockholders in the long term. I saw that none of the current shareholders are selling any stock.

The efficacy of the drug remains the primary consideration. If they have what we think they have, very little else matters that much, and the question still is what is the best way to get it to market as soon as possible.
