:) It's been a while since I have read McMillan (and a while since it was written for that matter). It's not per transaction - it's the total position any individual or institution may hold on one side. I don't think it was a synthetic since both transactions were calls. Institutional covered calls would be my guess. Please let me know what you find out. TIA Rich
