BTW - No need to even call your certs. - just send non-hypothecation notice letter to your broker and he cannot lend the stock out to anyone. Calling certs DOES lessen float but to non domestic shorters - they don't care at all - they just naked short and there's not a thing you can do against them, other than what I recommended before.

IKAR, and RMIL comes to mind re: calling certs. There are 1000's of examples of cert calling - just don't remember them because they didn't work.

also AZNT tried it recently, to no avail.
