Well, now that I've liquidated every other stock that I owned in order to buy as much netd as I possibly could, I'd like to make a few comments.

First of all, the press releases that we have been getting from the company have been excellent. The last one I think is more important then a lot
of people realize. I think they are offering a nominal services that a lot of people going into Office Depot, or to Skytel or BellSouth will tack on
without much notice to their pocketbooks. But in volume, that could mean a lot. Of course, they also have revenue streams from many other
products.

But I woke up the other morning thinking about netd, and I realized that we are mostly talking about trees on this board, not the forest.

Between 1997 and 1998, a period that wireless was just beginning, revenues rose 110%. Now, we have Skytel, Office Depot, BellSouth, and
more deals coming soon. We look at these individual deals, examine them on this board, but they are only the trees. Anyone have any clue what
happens when a company starts reporting 500+ % in revenue growth? I don't know if this next quarter will show that, as it ends very soon, but I
believe that is what we will be looking at in the near future.

This company is great, both in terms of Investor Relations and aggressive deal making. While I have been an active trader, I now plan on sitting
back, relaxing, and letting netd make me a mil.

BTW, this stock may go up and down some in the near term, but watch it not fall below the mid $4 range. I've also been telling a lot of friends
about it, and every time it drops below $5, they've been jumping in.
