just ordered from bam. buy.com, who claim to be the cheapest, charge tax which add $1.3 to the ~$15 book. bam's catch: (1) you need to pay $5 for the club card and (2) i think shipping goes up with each book, while at buy.com, as far as i know, shipping remain the same. the nice thing about bam is that they have the "don't sweat the small stuff" page bookmark, which people seem to like. it's a $1.5 (?) value that is included with purchase. end-)
