First of all,

this stock is dirt cheap right now selling for less than 2x book value. The company is profitable and only needs to hit $ .11- .12 per share this quarter to beat earnings. Won't be long before an analyst says to buy.

As far as the 'client' they had problems with, this IS resolved. HHL has signed a new contract with HMSY which states a pre-payment deal where the client pays upfront for the services. This is excellent!!! Being in the business myself, I know that it can take 4-6 weeks to get an invoice out and another 4-8 weeks to collect. We are talking about cash up front in the bank! Very good!

Notice the intraday movement on this stock. The volume is very light but the second the stock dropped below 8 (a 7,000 share sell took it down), it immediately rebounded to 8 for the rest of the day. The stock dropped 3/4 a few days ago because someone decided to unload 40,000 shares at once. Doesn't mattter.. this baby is getting poised for managed care and a comeback in price.

You have a good analysis I feel and sounds good. However if some of the brokers don't start endorsing the buy pretty quick this stock is going to fall right out the bottom. Four brokers have given revisions of downward estimates on present and future earnings this week with Smith Barney being one of them. Technically speaking this stock price has been driven by selling in the last week or so and not by Buying. The volume is falling off and
its falling thru the moving average downward quite a bit. If you have Telechart 2000 you will see what I mean by checking the MACR, BOP and the Envelope.
There is no one who wants to see this stock go up more than I. If we don't get some broker support I see it falling price rather rapidly. I realize charting is but one method to determine what a stock does but is not totally conclusive in all aspects, but it has a great degree of accuracy in most cases. I think your analysis in regard to the deals and HHC is great and you are on target, but we need some good news from at least one broker
otherwise it will probably make little or no growth and may continue to slide. I really hope I am wrong in what I am saying. Here is hoping for a better week next week.
very comfortable..
