Dear Carl (Icahn) and Michael (Price):

Please quit wasting your energy in trying to restructure RJR. That company is in a nasty, slowing dying business (pun intended). You need to refocus you skills on a company: in a high growth industry, that has an indifferent attitude towards its shareholders, has its own war-chest of 1 billion dollars waiting in a bank account, has no debt such that you and your bankers will have the freedom to pile-on debt, assets that can be spun-off. Oh, the name of this company is Novell, Inc. which is listed on the OTC under stock symbol NOVL.

If you don't like living in Utah, then the company has facilities in San Jose,CA.. The commute between the locations is merely your private jets' flight away.

You might be saying to yourselves that the technology industry is an area that you are not fimilar with. Well, life a challenge show the market that you still have what it takes to turnaround a company in need of repair. The shareholders only require that you get the share price of Novell north of $20 per share within 12 months.

I will be waiting to hear from you guys (I will not be holding my breath).

Sincerely, Vip

To Janice: I clicked that hyperlink that you placed in your previuos message to me. When it down-load and got to the 80% level it acted like it was going to freeze up the computer. I did notice an Apple emblem on the chart, perhaps that was why (just kidding). I have looked at technical charts ,but I was an not familiar with the TVI designation in the heading area of that chart. Were you implying this chart to be favorable or unfavorable? I look at it as Novl's price being at the 52 week low mark and the NASDAQ having broken its moving average that "WE are living on the Edge". Isn't that I song I heard recently on the radio?

To Steve: Thank you for your message.

To Dwight: Thank you for your message.

The comment about David Bradford's stock sale indicates that he does not forsee a potential buy-out or that he does not need to make some extra money if such event were to take place in the forseeable future.

I have to conserve postings as I think I still only have 5 per day.
