Dan: The outlook for small caps this year is pretty good according to most analysts that I have heard. The reason is that the large caps have made their run and are fully valued. The small caps will move next in the next phase. The small caps that have been hurt are the ones that have really disappointed such as Tseng Labs, CHPS, OPTI, CRUS, etc. As far as Neomagic goes, Morgan Stanley is probably waiting for the optimum time to assure success. Maybe they will try and time it with a positive news release (my guess). Stan
