w/Edits. . .ATHM now at 95, 94 and falling. . .so much for 100. This is a good one to catch on the bounce. . . worse that can happen is getting stuck until next year.

ATHM falling due to T news. . . an Oregon Federal judge has ruled in a case that may bear on the cable industry and force T to open the market to competition.

If so, AOL, CNET, SEEK/Disney, MSPG, YHOO and everyone that thinks they would like to compete in the broadband portal biz should benefit. Likewise, cable providers benefit somewhat by increased competition. . . tho to a lesser degree.

Keep in mind that this is one judge and reports are already coming out saying that the ruling will likely be appealed. This will be a long slow fight. . . and there is no telling who the final winner will be. One player that can't lose? T.
