I don't know why Hayes bought Cardinal instead of Boca. But I do know that Hayes stated they are looking to make more acquisitions. Boca would seem like a logical buy given their established brand and technology. Also, the stock is very attractively priced making it a good target.

As far as other stocks I like. New World Coffee (NWCI) is a bargain. I am going to try to start a NWCI subject in the Under $5 category in SI. I'll work on it this weekend, so look for it soon.

Otherwise, I have a few stocks I am keeping my eye on that will be tempting if they pull back. Generally, I like to buy stocks on a dip. IOM is one of them, but I still need to do some more work on that one since it isn't exactly a value stock.
