I can tell you a few things about the company.

First of all they have their domain names registered to a house on a golf course in Dade Co. Florida. The also claim their CFO has been CFO of another public company but when asked which company they simply hang up on you. The only public company that I can find Mr. Chalnick was involved in (he was never CFO) is DIPC, a bankrupt company that shared offices with another defunct company of Mr. Chalnicks called BKS inc.

There are also two proven scamsters, Hanmpouth and Dunnavant, along with Porcari involved in this company. Porcari currently has an open Bankruptcy case in Texas and claims he is a large shareholder of this company. I bet he hasn't disclosed that to his trustee or judge, I have.

This company also has no significant sales and really has basically nothing to sell. They have assets that they claim they paid 510,000 for that to justify this market cap would have to be worth tens of millions at the least.

Oh wait I forgot, they do sell stock. Good day
