this is actually good news for idtc and ntop. because the more networks that support voip, the easier it becomes to have a larger user base for internet telephony. idtc can not build out the only voip network, they need peering relations with other companies that also have voip networks to ensure decent sound quality.

idtc has been down with the techs, and yesterday missing earnings.
