Dunavant the CEO - a convicted criminal who plundered his business, was described by Forbes magazine as a "scoundrel" and a "con man".

Let's look at the Forbes stories:

Here's the first Forbes story, where Forbes fell for the con, which centered on Dunavant's claims that his horse mane shampoo and horse hoof conditioner were incredible products for human use:

Then Forbes discovered what a conman the guy is, and wrote this second story, admitting that Dunavant conned them, and giving many sordid details of his past.

His past included a criminal conviction for what appears to be embezzlement from his company. This is described in an article in the Vancouver Sun:
