Wayne, the only place I can get them is at the other end of my phone. My partners have contacts with the spot market in Taiwan. Those prices are not always indicative of contract prices or first tier DRAM prices, but they are the best I've got. I used to have a much better source at Lucky Goldstar, but he yanked the cord of his golden parachute in the merger (hates Hyundai with a passion, this boy <g>) and now works for a non-chip co. I told him he had a lot of nerve to quit when I had uses for his inputs. <g>
