I have this info up to now! CHES is still a shell - no assets yet Talking to acquire 3 companies looking to go public, 1 pharmaceutical and 2 tech companies. One company has 90 million + in revenues. 82 million s/o 47 million float Hired an accounting firm to be fully reporting by July/August and hopes to have holdings at that time. Working on all the 10ksb's and 10qsb's and the company is clean, has nothing to do with the past sec problems. They are tying up loose ends to get the company rolling next month!! Steve
