Rene Hamouth, listed as "President, Treasurer and sole Director" in a proxy filed Feb. 18,

He remains one of the largest shareholders. His address is given as the same address as Carmine Bua, the securities attorney (see later post).

Hamouth was blackballed by the Vancouver Stock Exchange for manipulating stock prices.

Hamouth was also charged by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for manipulating stock prices, but he got off.
