Carmine Bua, listed as "assistant secretary" for the company in the February proxy, he is a securities attorney in California. Of the three principals, Bua is the one who has the least dirty public laundry. Bua is listed in the proxy as the largest shareholder: edgar-online.com Bua apparently didn't do a competent job as securities attorney for the company, because he didn't discover that the co. has no properly registered shares and that the corporation records in Delaware are all messed up, drawing into question whether the company is even a valid entity: edgar-online.com Bua has represented some low-quality firms and individuals.
