Yaacov, It is not the right time to buy INTC now. INTC is overpriced and is in a downtrend. Whenever there is one BIG BOY decides to unload INTC, others will rush to exit in less than 24 hours. You could expect crash after crash in the next 5 months. You should target your INTC buying point around 40 the week after the Q3 earring announcement. Good luck!
