Well, Redman, Dave Gore just posted very important information which in essence states that the 52 MM in registered shares is the "absolute" maximum and there will absolutely be no more dilution.

I believe this is misleading information and depends on the price of the stock not dropping under $.10, if the price drops under this, there will be another SB-2 and more dilution just as the day follows the night.

There is no indication that $.10 is a floor for conversion, the $.10 was used as a tool for registering a given amount of shares, nothing more. Unless, of course, Gordon struck a new deal with the floorless bandits to set a floor. That has happened few times before in situations like that, but management must come up with a plan to the bandit that they will be willing to take. That would be material and very important information.
