I think there was a short moment in time after they dumped the May Soyuz that they planned two Deltas in July and one in August. Now the second July Delta has slipped into August...August 6 according to FlaToday, with the last Delta August 16.

But schedules always move and rarely to the left.

Orbit raising and checkout time spans...the company did always allow two months, at least for Soyuz launches. I remember BLS made this point in a conf call last year, shortly after the Zenit failure.
