we need a ruling by the FTC for all opens cable lines, not just some dorky city by city ruling. That will take forever. The judge is going to get overturned in this case in no time. AT&T has the money to pay the lawyers and the political powers at will.

We need an across the board ruling.

This was way to much of an over reaction
