James, I have been following this stock for a week or so, am confused on 2 items and am hoping you can clarify them foe me:
1. Has LFOC been halted because of this Chile deal?
2. If MXR has no other properties, cash, etc. what was the reason they were able to get in on this deal assuming it is as good as it looks? Would not the other 2 players want to keep it to themselves? Or are they just trying to split up the development costs?

Now that I am thinking, I have another question:

3. I noticed that Merle Goertz seems to be involved in some way with this play as well as NPA ( I am following NPA and am aware that he no longer talks on behalf of the company, etc ) - is thier common directors, etc on these two plays . I ask this knowing thier is no direct ownership between NPA and MXR but it seems odd that Merle was in on the bottom floor on both these stocks and seemed to have the ear of the "insiders".
