It's all a matter of one's perspective.

TLC is buying its notes at a discount (currently about 0.78) and is buying its stock at what seems to be a very attractive price. I bought all the stock I could get last Wednesday at 8-1/8 -- not all I wanted, but enough to potentially make the stress worthwhile. I would certainly like to buy more at such low prices, but I would also be happy if the price continued to rise. It might be that the lack of a positive statement from TLC reflects a greater focus on its part on buying notes and stock and is not an indication that there is nothing positive that it can say.

This said, and in consideration of all of the positives (including the report by International Data Corp. that consumer software sales are experiencing steady growth) and the lack of defenses for the various negative arguments which have been proposed, I think that I, also, am going to shut up for awhile.
