Re: IBM/Acer deal A recent PC World article rated ACER and Pakard Bell as tied for dead last among major PC builders for reliablity and customer satisfaction. A neighbor just asked me to help him set up his new IBM Activa. 10 minutes out of the box and we were off to CompUSA for a service call. The IBM was DOA!!! In this same article DELL was rated Outstanding in all catagories in the survey. This IBM/ACER deal is good news for DELL cause now DELL's main competitor is shipping JUNK!!!!
