Major yawn! Just look what the last buy-back plan did for the stock price. This company had such potential. Where are the new products and touchscreen applications that were dreamed of years ago? IMHO the company should be spending the money on R&D ie. product and application development and marketing and growth rather than hoarding shares and paying attorneys to lose judgements.
