We have recently learned that OTC:BB companies who have been late on filings are receiving comments from the SEC. eConnect may have to respond to SEC comments, and while this correspondence is going on, a shareholders meeting can not be held. Therefore, to be on the safe side, we are going to wait on possible comments from the SEC, and delay the shareholders meeting. eConnect will pay "change in plane ticket" fees for BETT shareholders. Hold on to your plane tickets. Once we are past the possible SEC comment phase, we will give BETT shareholders a 21 day advance alert for the new date of the eConnect Las Vegas shareholder meeting.
