Ok. Time to try look at the positives.
Say AT&T simply refuses to provide service (internet) anymore to Portland. They certainly have the right to do that. ATHM can live without Portland after all. Will San Francisco then insist on the same deal then: Regulated cable or no cable at all? Which would they choose? How about other cities?

The best positive I can see coming out of this would be for Armstrong to work some kind of compromise outside the legal system. Get it over quick and get back to focusing on upgrading the infrastructure. Any ideas on a compromise that would work? I dont have any.
