tkb...you may be right...

about del seeming to focus on negative aspects but, on the other hand, one would have to get up awfully early to find anyone as thoroughly ready to offer apologies for this company's repeated inaccuracies and blunders as you.

The stockholders "forced" Colin to file one of the worst F-10's that any of us have ever read? Get real.

The audit "hang-up" is the TA's fault? You cannot be serious.

And to Del...the original float was NOT 5 million shares, it was, as I recollect, something like 900 thousand shares. It went to 1.8 million about 3 months later, then to over 3 and so on to 17.9 million (as far as anyone can guess, and that's all they can do).

I think this internet "thing" is pathetic, but that's JMVHO, as we say. Monski actually made a good point over on the Yahoo thread about this: the name of the site does not have anything remotely to do with selling marine products...it is about selling the stock, apparently. Who is going to search for a term like UBUYJAWS when they go on the internet looking for marine hardware and clothing? (and please, let's not talk about selling multi-million dollar yachts over the web...it's been tried.)
