NYTimes threatens to sue AMZN. Outrageous, what a bunch of jerks. Everyone refers to
the NYTimes Bestseller list and NYTimes, working in tandem with B&N, is doing
everything they can to subvert AMZN. Typical of those sorry ass bastards. If you can't
create value from your online efforts, just the pants off those who do!

Have you noticed that Amazon has been in a lot of litigation considering the fact they have yet to turn a profit or have yet to do revenues that are significant? Is it possible that management of Amazon may be bending the law a bit. Take the Walmart employee defections for a start. "The Earths Largest Book Store" It seems to me that legitimate businesses do not like have free money thrown at Amazon so they can sell at losses indefinitly. It is not sour grapes. It simply is business in the real world. It is time to look at Amazon for what it really is.
