Frank, take a look at SHVA, Shiva. There is a thread under communications for it. I have been tracking the stock for a while and like it. It has been moving down more and more lately. I believe it is poised for a rebound soon. It is like Boci, in that, it is in a sector, Networking, that is out of favor. I also believe at these prices, it is a potential takeover target. If you research it, let me know what you think.
