Last info on POKR that I see (9/30/98) was that they had 19.054 million outstanding shares (diluted). Friday June 4, 4:08 pm Eastern Time Integrated Marketing Professionals and Aviation Industries Sign Letter of Intent to be Acquired by ByeByeNow.com "Under terms of the agreement, shareholders of Integrated Marketing Professionals, Inc. (IMPI) will receive shares of ByeByeNow.Com totaling $14.7 million. Shareholders of Aviation Industries will receive shares of ByeByeNow.Com totaling $9.2 million. The exact number of shares to be received by IMPI and Aviation Industries' shareholders will equal the price of shares in ByeByeNow.Com's initial public offering." This would make POKR worth $0.77 in ByeByeNow stock. This looks good. Anyone got a more recent share total?
