Hi Frank,

Regarding your take on the technological response to the "@Home.....reeling" headline, I believe we are a long way from rewriting the DOCSIS codes. More like we have just gotten past the first inning of the legal wrangling and there's a lot more business-friendly umpires, er, judges, refereeing in the next few innings.
